Equipment Load-In/Load-Out

• Transporting equipment to/from venue responsibly

• Setting up Large Equipment efficiently with safety

• Breaking equipment down at close

• Coordinate with Production MGMT

Security

• Doors (This is a closed container)

• Emergency response (First-aid, Etc.)

• Atmosphere monitoring with grounded demeanor

• Crowd respect and Safety

• Holding overall a calming authority

Stage Setup & Decoration

• Work with MGMT for visual direction

• Adjust lighting, fog, props, and scene elements, with intention

• Create cohesive and immersive atmosphere

DMs (Dungeon Monitor)

• Assigned to specific exhibit

• Prioritize and safeguard performers protocols, and well-being

• Step in calmly and respectfully if support is needed

• Offer grounding presence, and reassurance to performers and crew
