Equipment Load-In/Load-Out

• Transporting equipment to/from venue responsibly

• Setting up Large Equipment

• Breaking equipment down at close

Stage Setup & Decoration

• Work with MGMT for visual direction

• Adjust lighting, fog, props, and scene elements

• Help create a smooth, immersive atmosphere

Security

• Doors (This is a closed container)

• Checking ID’s As folks enter

• Emergency response (First-aid, Etc.)

• Holding overall a calming authority

DMs (Dungeon Monitor)

• Assigned to specific exhibit

• Prioritize and safeguard performers protocols, and well-being

• Step in calmly and respectfully if support is needed in scene

Atmosphere Angel

• Atmosphere monitoring — Grounded demeanor

• Crowd Control, Respect and Safety (Politely hushing, and maintaining guests)

• Guiding folks to coat rack, water, bathrooms, etc. (making sure guests aren’t confused)
